Prosodie is committed to a social and environmental policy in which ethics and solidarity remain core principles for all of its teams, both internally and regarding its clients. All of the topics covered as part of this policy represent permanent areas of work that are all conducted with a long term outlook.
Prosodie upholds three core values: commitment, respect, and solidarity. Widely acclaimed by employees, they perfectly represent the spirit that is shown by its teams on a daily basis, both internally and towards clients.
For the sixth consecutive year, Prosodie has had its ISO 9001 certification renewed for all of its development and production activities in France. It also has ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification for the activities of its Valencia site in Spain.
Fully committed to implementing ITIL practices for which more than 200 company employees have been trained, Prosodie has now begun work to obtain ISO 20000 certification for the first time in 2012.
In its role as a ‘partner’, Prosodie must maintain its permanent concern for being close, flexible and proactive towards its customers. To reach this goal, the company carries out an annual re-evaluation of its performance on the basis of a customer satisfaction survey. This allows it to carry out the desired corrective action for all of the areas in question, whether they concern listening, quality of service or keeping commitments.
Since it was created, Prosodie has pursued a social policy based on respect for the individual, equality and solidarity. Each year, the company takes new steps to confirm these choices. Moreover, the company devotes significant resources towards training its employees and constantly strives to foster their personal and professional growth.
Prosodie has committed to a ‘disability’ policy that has borne it first fruit. Besides choosing to deliver certain services in special workshops, it now has three employees who are recognised as disabled workers (RQTH).
As a Member of the Global Compact initiative since 2008, today Prosodie is committed to a policy of long term sustainable development. As a recognised player in Green IT, the company conducted a Bilan Carbone® carbon footprint assessment on all of its activities in France in 2009. In response to the conclusions of this assessment, it is working on the optimisation of the energy performance of its data centres whilst, at the same time, leading a strict policy of recycling its waste, processing paper and controlling employee travel.
Prosodie maintains a highly active corporate sponsorship policy. For several years, it has supported the “SOS Villages d’Enfants” association. This association allows brothers and sisters, separated from their parents for serious family reasons, to grow up together in a normal family environment. Prosodie’s financial support has already been instrumental in finalizing several projects in the Parisian Region.
