- Attendance at the new starters’ seminar to find out about Prosodie’s organization, strategy and range of services and to meet senior management
- Production of a review at the end of the probationary period with line manager and HR.
… for management of performance and careers:
- Annual appraisal and career development interview, giving each member of staff the chance to review the past year and set objectives for the coming year with his or her manager. This meeting is also a prime opportunity to express any training needs and wishes for career development.
- Organization of a career review arranged at the employee’s or manager’s request, used to build a career plan and associated development plan in conjunction with Human Resources.
