Georges Croix : Chairman and CEO of the group Prosodie, General Manager of Prosodie Europe – Co-founder of the first French telematic hosting center called SYTEM, founder and director de RSDI and Polisoft, two service companies which joined the Prosodie group in 1998.

Christine Duplaix : Deputy general manager of Prosodie Europe. Graduate of ESSEC. She was auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, then Financial Director at Thales and Cegetel, before joining Prosodie at the end of 2001.

Gilles Florentin: Deputy general manager of Prosodie Europe. Qualified engineer from ESITE Textile Industries College in EPINAL, 1983. Obtained a Master’s in National IT Management Institute (group IFG) 1984. Technical Director at SOFTEC from 1986 to 1995 then Assistant Managing Director of MGN from 1995 to 2002. He joined Prosodie in 2002 following the acquisition of MGN.

Florent Halbot: Director of Strategy & International Development (SID) of Prosodie group. Ecole Polytechnique. Project Director at the Ministry of Defence, legal expert, then successively Manager of the profit centre and Manager of CRM at Steria, before joining Prosodie mid-2001.

Emeric Deffrenne : Director of the Customer Contact Division. Ecole Centrale de Paris. Financial Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers then Export Sales Manager for the Vallourec group. He has been with Prosodie since 2001.

Patrice Le Roux : Director of the Online Business Division. DUT in Technical Marketing and DUT in IT, DEST from the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers. Head of the Development Department for the companies Polisoft and Européenne de Télématique. Joined Prosodie in 1998 as Head of the Development Department, Director of the Technical Centre and Director of the Sensitive Systems Division.

Eric Corrius: Director of the IT Outsourcing Division. French Air Force Academy. Method Engineer and Project Manager at Crédit Agricole, then at IBSI (engineering company), Account Manager at SG2, integrator then Sales Manager for Compuware, Director of Sales and Marketing at Canal+. He joined Prosodie in 2003 as Director of the Customer Contact Division then joined the Spanish subsidiary in July 2006.
