Digital Marketing & Communication Director

I am Digital Marketing & Communication Director, a strategic position that reports directly to Prosodie-Capgemini’s CEO.

My main role and goals within are to (1) develop a marketing sales approach bases on Inbound Marketing ans Social Selling (2) enhance Digital Communication within Prosodie-Capgemini.

My challenges include promoting IP products and Customer Business Cases while working closely with the Marketing and Communication teams from the Capgemini-Group.

I started my career in the Banking Industry. I quickly gained a strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Marketing.

BPCE is the second largest player in French territory. While at this organization, I was responsible for defining and implementing the Multichannel Strategy of the Bank. This included selecting and operating both the infrastructure(s) and software(s) to deliver the project. Further onwards, I was also responsible for the BPCE Bank’s Innovation Strategy and Implementation. I managed the Mobile Payment Project and launched the “NFC Payment” [Near Field Communication Payment] in the south of France, in the beautiful city of Nice. 

While working at BPCE, I was also a Board member of the AEPM: European Association of Mobile Payment. All of the above has enabled to acquire a wide and extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas: Retail Banking, Mobile Devices, Mobile Payment, Call Centre Environments and Marketing Online.

I joined Prosodie-Capgemini in 2011 as Head of Business Development for the Front Office Solution Business Unit. I was also the man behind the launch of Prosodie-Capgemini’s International Business Development.

In 2014, I was appointed Communication & Ecosystem Director, a strategic position that reports directly to Prosodie-Capgemini’s CEO. My main role and goals within are to (1) develop Alliances & Partnerships with Strategic Industry Players and (2) enhance Digital Communication within Prosodie-Capgemini. My challenges include promoting IP products and Customer Business Cases while working closely with the Marketing and Communication teams from the Capgemini-Group.

Currently, I am also a Board Member of ACSEL [Association de l’Economie Numérique – The Digital Economy Association in France]. The organization is based in Paris and focuses in identifying the challenges that markets must understand and tackle in order to compete in today’s Digital and Globlal Economy.
